Comprehensive Lab Review:
Initial Visit for a one-hour consultation is $325.
Follow-up visits are $150.
Weight Loss Program:
Initial Visit for a 30-minute Weight Loss consultation is $150.
Follow-up visits are included with every medication refill.
We are an out-of-network provider, so often, blood work is not covered.
We suggest that you check with your insurance company to determine if your labs will be covered. We offer a cash option that is reasonably priced at $350 for a comprehensive blood panel.
