No. We do not accept insurance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

Comprehensive Lab Review: 
Initial Visit for a one-hour consultation is $375.
Follow-up visits are $200.

Weight Loss Program: 
Initial Visit for a 30-minute Weight Loss consultation is $200. 
Follow-up visits are included with every medication refill.

Does my insurance company cover your lab panel?

Accepted Answer

We are an out-of-network provider, so often, blood work is not covered.
We suggest that you check with your insurance company to determine if your labs will be covered. We offer a cash option that is reasonably priced at $350 for a comprehensive blood panel.
